We have been working hard behind the scenes to get ready for a March opening. The 1902 building will be ready as an education and lecture room for our opening week commencing 16th March, should you be unable to climb the steep spiral staircases or go down into the magazine there will be a guided tour available to watch with subtitles on our large screen.
Our tours start on Wednesday 18th March and are live to book now, usual time of 11am, then every Wednesday and Sunday until November 1st. All vehicular entrance/parking is now via The Brimp (track to the left of the Haven site, do not enter the Haven site as there is no parking for the fort within Haven).
There is a difference this year though, this year whether you are just coming to see the grounds or a guided tour you can get a bite to eat and drink in the new Outpost Kitchen situated within two of the casemates and open 7 days a week.
