Come and enjoy a guided tour of Slough Fort, a Victorian Fort overlooking the Thames at Allhallows!
Hear about the history of this site and how it is being restored for future generations to enjoy. The tour lasts between 1.5-2 hours. We kindly ask that all those who do wish to attend arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Entrance to Slough Fort for Guided Tours by car, is via The Brimp (A track to the left of the Haven holiday park after the last house on the left) Allhallows DO NOT ENTER THE HAVEN HOLIDAY PARK.
Should you be on holiday at Haven, there is a pedestrian gate just up from the supermarket on site.

Please note: Some areas of the Slough Fort site are not pushchair or wheelchair friendly due to steps and other uneven surfaces, but we are working on this problem during winter. Whilst on the Slough Fort site we ask that all visitors take care of their surroundings and stay with the group due to restoration taking place across the site. Suitable footwear should also be worn. Please have a copy of your booking confirmation available either on your smartphone or on paper ready for when you arrive.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FORT GROUNDS AND NEW FOR THIS YEAR (THE OUTPOST KITCHEN) OPEN ON MONDAY 16TH MARCH AT 9AM. FREE OF CHARGE.
THE GROUNDS AND KITCHEN WILL BE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, SOME AREAS OF THE FORT WILL ONLY BE OPEN ON A GUIDED TOUR FOR WHICH WE CHARGE £5 ADULT AND £3 SCHOOL CHILDREN
WHY NOT STAY FOR A BITE TO EAT BEFORE OR AFTER A TOUR
We are pleased to announce that the guided tours of Slough Fort and its grounds will recommence on Wednesday 18th March 2026. From this date going forward there will be a guided tour every Wednesday and Sunday until the end of the season which will be on Sunday 1st November 2026.

Tickets are now live to book, all tours are on the basis of arrive on site via the Haven pedestrian gate or The Brimp if traveling by car at 10.45am for a prompt 11am start. We look forward to seeing you in 2026
