Come and enjoy a guided tour of Slough Fort, a Victorian Fort overlooking the Thames at Allhallows!
Hear about the history of this site and how it is being restored for future generations to enjoy. The tour lasts between 1.5-2 hours. We kindly ask that all those who do wish to attend arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Entrance to Slough Fort for Guided Tours is via Haven Holiday Park, Allhallows. We ask that all visitors drive past the Slough Fort sign and enter the Haven site, and ask for directions at the Gatehouse. They will be able to direct you to the Car Park, and from there it is just a short walk up to the Fort.

Please note: Some areas of the Slough Fort site are not pushchair or wheelchair friendly due to steps and other uneven surfaces, but we are working on this problem during winter 24/25. Whilst on the Slough Fort site we ask that all visitors take care of their surroundings and stay with the group due to restoration taking place across the site. Suitable footwear should also be worn. Please have a copy of your booking confirmation available either on your smartphone or on paper ready for when you arrive.
See below for our Tour Dates!

We are currently closed to carry out more restoration during the winter period. We will be back with the guided tours March 12th 2025. Grounds only are open for viewing commencing March 10th 2025, 10-4 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, free of charge, hoping that you will want to see more and book a guided tour when they become live. Tours will be every Wednesday and selected Sundays. All tours are a 10.45 gather for a 11am prompt start until the end of October 2025.
