During November the fort was visited by Simon Bourne known to a lot of people by the name Si Finds. You can find Simon metal detecting and mud larking on his YouTube channel. He came to visit the fort as the weather was to bad that day to go out in a hovercraft on the River Medway. He promised us some finds and we quickly placed him in the stocks until he handed them over. On a serious note Simon took some up to date drone shots for us and made a short film for us with the aim of showing people that not all finds from mud larking go into private collections.
